Presentation at the European Commission

On 3 October 2025, the research group was invited to present the project at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA) in Brussels.

The presentation focused on the project’s core objectives: principles-based rules, simplification, the reduction of regulatory complexity, the accessibility of European law, and the promotion of innovation.

The exchange underlined the project’s political relevance and reflected interest in its underlying idea of better regulation in European Capital Markets Law, as well as its contribution to advancing the Capital Markets Union and the Savings and Investments Union.
